6.1 Cancellations: You may cancel your registration for a class or workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

6.2 Refunds: If you cancel your registration after the 24-hour window or do not attend the session, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6.3 Exceptions: Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Mindful24 under special circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mindful24, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mindful24 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing or causing distress to any other user

• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
